ACACIA TOWER, Brazzaville, Congo On a total built surface of 28,000m2 and from a height of 90 meters, ACACIA overlooks Brazzaville with a unique 360o panoramic view. ACACIA, the first high-end residential tower in the heart of the capital of Congo, is made up of 2 underground car parks and 22 floors. The Residence ACACIA represents a real haven of peace where the architecture adopts a contemporary and lively vocabulary. Immo-Invest's vision in this project is to provide a modern living environment, top quality materials, a principle of sustainable development and respect for the environment. DESCRIPTION Total area: 25,300 m 2 Height: 90 m 22 floors (1,000 m 2  upstairs) 2 basements 64 apartments 2 duplexes 1,300 m 2  gym swimming pool steam room and spa 6 lifts 2 fire escapes.  Date: 2021  We contributed to this residential project with supplying 3 kinds of our Marble stones( Pietra Try,  Crema Persa, and Blanco Arctic) for using in paving the floors and internal cladding. A supply of more than 3,000  m2, in different sizes adapted to the project devised by the project architect.
